I just bought the BMX GT BERM bike and encountered a problem with the rear axle. When used, this axis made a loud cry, making me feel quite uncomfortable. After bringing the car to the store, the technician said that may be a part of the fault and promised to replace or manufacture for himself within a week.
Today, I have received a new bike, but the cry is still, although not as loud as before. The technician claimed that it was normal and every car had the same cry, but I began to doubt their abilities. I want to ask if anyone has encountered the same situation. Is this a common problem for the BMX GT Berm or is it due to its car?
