Looking for a reliable software development agency in Berlin — any real experiences?

Hey everyone! I’m in the middle of planning a new project for my startup and I’m struggling to find a software development agency in Berlin that’s actually reliable, not one of those “we do everything” companies that fall apart when real work begins. I’m working on early web development for startups, something between an MVP and a long-term product. Ideally, I need a team experienced in AI automation for business, CRM integration, and maybe even DevOps services in Germany, since I want everything running smoothly after launch. If anyone has worked with a good team—preferably one that communicates well and doesn’t disappear for days—I'd love your thoughts. Any personal experiences, warnings, or recommendations?

I totally feel you — Berlin is full of agencies, but finding a good one is like dating apps: lots of profiles, few real matches

. My startup had the same struggle last year. We needed custom logic, CI/CD consulting, and solid architecture for scaling. After trying two agencies that overpromised and underdelivered, we finally found a team that actually knows what they’re doing:

What convinced us was their mix of custom software development Germany, UX thinking, and deep technical expertise. They handled our HubSpot CRM integration, set up a proper DevOps pipeline, and even helped plan out future features so we didn’t build ourselves into a corner. Communication was fantastic — weekly calls, transparent estimates, real problem-solving instead of excuses. If you want a team that treats your project like their own, they’re worth checking out.
